Strain Brokers LLC - Policies

At Strain Brokers LLC, we strive to ensure our customers receive high-quality products and a smooth purchasing experience. Due to the nature of our business and compliance with legal regulations, our Refund and Returns Policy is outlined below.

1. General Policy

• All sales are final. Due to the regulatory environment surrounding THCA products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any consumable products once they have been shipped or delivered.

• Exceptions: Refunds or exchanges may be considered only in cases where products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a shipping error.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• The item received is damaged or defective upon arrival.

• The wrong item was sent compared to what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of package delivery.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Customers must provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue.

3. Process for Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at Robert@strainbrokers.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and photo/video proof of the product condition.

3. Our team will review the claim and determine if a replacement or refund is warranted.

4. If approved, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions (if a return is necessary).

4. Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds (if applicable): Refunds will only be issued if a product is deemed unsellable due to damage or defect. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

• Replacements: If a replacement is approved, a new item will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

• Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund or replacement.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Any opened or used product

• Any product not reported as defective within 48 hours of delivery

• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer

• Bulk wholesale orders (unless defective or incorrect items were received)

6. Shipping Policy & Costs

• Shipping costs are based on destination and order size. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

• Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been processed and shipped.

• If the return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, Strain Brokers LLC will cover the cost of return shipping.

• If a return is requested for any other reason (if approved), the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

• We do not ship to states where THCA is illegal, including but not limited to:

• Idaho

• Hawaii

• Minnesota

• Oregon

• Rhode Island

• Utah

• Vermont

Customers should verify their state laws before purchasing. Orders placed from restricted states will be canceled and refunded minus a processing fee.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

9. Federal Compliance & Legal Disclaimer

• Strain Brokers LLC strictly adheres to federal and state laws governing the sale and distribution of THCA products.

• All products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC in accordance with the 2023 U.S. Farm Bill.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure legality in their respective state before purchasing.

• Strain Brokers LLC does not assume liability for orders confiscated due to local laws.
